Surrounded by a fully enclosed Mediterranean garden, it's a haven for families, complete with a trampoline, private pool, and shaded seating areas. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, ensuring restful nights after sun-soaked days. The villa is ideally located near the Cap de la Nau lighthouse and a scenic restaurant with panoramic views. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, von einer kleinen Spülmaschine, einer Waschmaschine bis hin zu einer Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer. Schöner Garten mit Möbeln und Sitzgelegenheiten und alle Blicke über die sanften Hügel, oder Swimmingpool, Stück Meer und Ihre eigene (ruhige) Nachbarschaft.Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche ist gemütlich und ein extra Raum mit Glasfaltfront, um noch mehr draußen zu sitzen . Das ist bei Wind nicht zu empfehlen und die Bedienung ist nicht schwierig, aber das System ist leicht kaputt. Immer das Hausbuch lesen, da gibt es Tipps, die es einfacher machen. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. fehlende Glühbirnen in Lampen (Wohnzimmer ) wurde nicht festgenommen, aber eine kaputte Schüssel für Canal wurde sofort abgeholt und innerhalb von drei Tagen repariert.Der Kontakt mit dem örtlichen Büro ist angenehm, aber man hat das Gefühl, dass man einer von vielen ist, der etwas fragt oder vielleicht war es auch nur so viel gleichzeitig Schöne ruhige Gegend, schöne Umgebung und alles ist mit einem Mietwagen in der Nähe. Wir würden gerne irgendwann wiederkommen.

Das Haus war auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung, aber der erste Tag war ein völliges Chaos: keine Rezeption bei der Ankunft vor Ort, Reservierung der Bettwäsche anscheinend nicht weitergegeben, unklare Vereinbarungen über Vorauszahlung der Reinigung und Garantie. Das Haus war auf jeden Fall sauber und entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Bäcker um die Ecke ist sehr einfach. In der zweiten Wochenhälfte herrschten jedoch extreme Wetterbedingungen mit außergewöhnlichen Gewittern, für die das Haus eindeutig nicht gerüstet ist: Es regnete sowohl auf der Veranda als auch im Wohnzimmer und sogar in der Küche, sodass einige unserer Lebensmittel in den Müll wanderten erlaubt war, und so durften wir mit unserer Badwäsche regelmäßig das gesamte Wasser im Inneren reinigen, da kein anderes Reinigungsmittel vorhanden war. Haustiere waren in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, was für uns bei der Buchung aufgrund von Allergien sehr gut war. Aber vor Ort gibt es 2 Katzen, die ab dem Moment, in dem Sie eine Tür offen lassen, die Gelegenheit nutzen, hineinzukommen, und die ständig weinen, wenn sie geschlossen sind, um einzutreten.

Wunderschön gelegenes, attraktives Haus mit herrlichem Blick von den verschiedenen Terrassen auf die Hügel und das Meer. Schöner tiefer Pool mit viel Privatsphäre. Der Manager des Hauses hat uns bei der Ankunft geholfen. In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich Restaurants und ein Laden für Sandwiches und dgl. Die Strände waren für uns (als nicht ausgebildete Wanderer) nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil des Hauses: Das Wäschepaket war sehr teuer und die Klimaanlage anstelle der Ventilatoren hatte den Schlafkomfort verbessert.

Alles war wunderschön für das Auge. Die Küche war nicht so sauber, der Rest ist. Zuerst überall durch die Spülmaschine gewischt und gereinigt. Bleibt ein ganzer Betrag, den Sie für ein Wäschepaket für 6 Personen für 14 Tage noch bar bezahlen müssen, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung angegeben wurde. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren schön. Der Pool war großartig. Liegestühle müssen ersetzt werden. Als wir ankamen gab es 4 kaputte Schirme, Kontaktperson rief an und er hatte bald einen neuen Regenschirm für uns (brauche eigentlich 2 davon), neuen Wäscheständer, neuen Regenschirm und sogar einen neuen Staubsauger. Also, wenn etwas nicht zufriedenstellend ist, sagt alles, um es richtig zu machen. Sehr schöne Umgebung. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Die Villa ¨las brisas¨ ist ideal für 4 Personen - mit mehr wird es eng. Das Haus liegt ruhig und hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch, modern gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die renovierte Küche (mit Kaffeemaschine und Abwaschmaschine) ist sehr schön. Das dritte Zimmer mit Etagenbett und Bett ist sehr eng und ungemütlich, man kann das Fenster fast nicht öffnen - ohne Etagenbett wäre es praktischer! Sehr gemütliche Sofaecke. Der Wintergarten mit Terrasse ist ideal zum Grillieren und Essen. Man kann dazu immer die herrliche Aussicht geniessen. Der Garten mit Trampolin und Pool ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Alles ist vorhanden Kissen, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Wasserspielsachen, Ablageflächen, Dusche. Ideal für mit Familie. 100m entfernt kann man in einem kleinen Quartierladen jeden Morgen frisches Brot oder Brötchen kaufen. Parkplatz beim Haus vorhanden und abschliessbar. Die Betreuung durch Marlene ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wenn man etwas benötigt, hilft sie gerne weiter. Wir würden die Villa ¨las brisas¨ wieder besuchen. Ein erholsamer, schöner Ort mit traumhaften Haus!
