It offers a secluded, quiet, and sunny position, just 50 meters from the sea with direct access to the beach. This holiday rental boasts a private, large, beautiful, and well-kept terraced garden with a seasonal swimming pool (available from January 1st to December 31st), an outdoor shower, a pergola, and garden furniture. Inside the villa, you'll find a sauna, adding to the luxurious experience. Additionally, it features Internet WiFi, parking on the premises, and a tennis court within 2 kilometers.

The villa's outdoor spaces are truly remarkable. You'll have access to a large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, complete with an angular swimming pool (10 x 5 meters, depth ranging from 80 to 210 cm) that is available seasonally from January 1st to December 31st.
