#### Great stay in perfect area
The place is great. The villa is conveniently located, with only a 10 minute drive to Arenal Beach and other smaller beaches. Supermarket is only 5 minutes away. The care takers were speedy in their reply's and very helpful. Perfect place for a holiday!

Spent 2 weeeks at this amazing villa, very comfortable, modern amentities, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. Lovely pool and garden which is well maintained. If you are looking for a relaxing stay look no further. Exceptional service from Javea Holiday Rentals from the start, the best welcome pack we have ever received, great communication, speedy response to any query. A friendly company who we would highly recommend, thank you, we will be back.

#### Vacaciones familiares tranquilas en una casa cómoda
Pasamos dos semanas en familia en esta casa y en general estamos muy contentos. La casa está en muy buen estado y cuenta con muchas comodidades, incluyendo aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. La piscina es ideal para relajarse y el entorno es tranquilo, sin ruidos molestos. El personal de mantenimiento y limpieza entró varias veces en el recinto sin avisar, lo cual podría mejorarse para mayor privacidad de los huéspedes. Además, el servicio de recogida de basuras en la urbanización no es muy práctico, ya que hay que desplazarse unos 5-10 minutos caminando para tirar la basura. La localización es buena y está cerca de todo lo que necesitamos y puntos de interés, aunque es importante tener en cuenta que necesitarás un coche para desplazarte por la zona. En resumen, es una excelente opción para unas vacaciones en familia si se consideran estos pequeños detalles.
