Very attractive location close to port, cafes, and beach. The pool would have been great to use but weather was cooler than usual. Large terrace to relax on. Comfy, well thought out accommodation.

As close to perfection you could wish for
The apartment was equipped to a very high standard, this includes the roof terrace. Positioning is fantastic. Walk across the road to pebble beach with bar serving food. Turn left out of gates and within 5 minutes you come to a plethora of stunning Spanish restaurants. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Was my 4th visit to the area and pound for pound the best experience by far. Final word regarding communication with owner, outstanding, quick to reply and informative on answering any query.

Superb 2 bedroom apartment in a beautiful location
We have just returned home from a lovely stay at 31A Pueblo Blanco1. We were staying in Javea for a family wedding and the apartment gave us easy access to the ceremony at the church of Sant Bartomeu in the old town and later in the week for a relaxing holiday to explore Javier and some of the local coves. We were travelling as a party of 4 adults and found the apartment spacious and well equipped for all of our needs. When other family members visited who were staying elsewhere, they were very impressed by the apartment, its location and the breath taking views from the roof terrace. We found the apartment ideally placed for accessing the wide variety of excellent restaurants Javier has to offer. And it was so lovely to be just across the road from the beach. The owner is really helpful and very communicative.We would not hesitate to recommend or return ourselves.

A very well equipped and perfectly situated in Javea
We found this apartment to be everything you would expect from home. Furnished nicely, beds very comfortable, air con a god send and the owner extremely helpful. Would not hesitate in booking again.

Spring getaway
Had a great stay in this apartment, felt very comfortable from the moment we walked in. Finished to a very high standard with all we needed for nights in relaxing and cooking, superb location for strolling along the beach to the port with all the Spanish bars and restaurants, we could hear the sea from the lounge balcony and large roof terrace, over all an experience we really enjoyed and would definitely recommend staying here for a true taste of Spanish life.

Perfect location and very nice apartment
The apartment is in a perfect location and very well furnished. It has also a big terrace to enjoy. We just missed some household as a little pan. We'd repeat if we go to Jávea again

Sin comunicación con la propietaria. Casa problemática.
Conozco la urbanización desde hace años pero en esta ocasión la casa habitual estaba ocupada así que reservé esta. La comunicación con la propietaria -que estaba en Inglaterra- fue nula y conseguí acceder por casualidad gracias a la inmobiliaria ubicada dentro. Ni hubo comunicación ni aviso ni por tanto recibió acuse de recibo de que había recibido instrucciones para acceder a la casa. He puesto comunicación 1 estrella pero debía ser un 0. La casa por otra parte es incómoda. Está reformada recientemente pero sus servicios están mal diseñados y funcionan lo justo. La nevera principal está en la azotea, el baño no tiene aireación y cosas así. En el lado bueno, hay aire acondicionado que funciona bien pero muy ruidoso, las ventanas cierran bien y la distribución de espacios es adecuada para una pareja. No adecuada para personas con problemas de movilidad ya que han de subir escaleras complicadas contínuamente. Para colmo, el jardinero de la urbanización hacía funcionar todos los dias entre las 13:00 y las 17:00 un aparato de barrido muy ruidoso que impedía el descanso, escuchar la televisión o simplemente estar a gusto. Hay que sufrir a diario esto para entenderlo pero es inexplicable. No creo que vuelva a esta casa por sus problemas e incomodidad y eso que la zona es perfecta para pasar unas semanas.

Precioso y bien equipado
El alojamiento esta en una ubicación estupenda, junto a la costa en una urbanización agradable con piscina. La equipación es muy completa y no falta de nada. El conjunto es muy funcional con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos. La comunicación con la propietaria fue siempre correcta aportando todos los detalles necesarios para disfrutar de la estancia. Aunque funcionó perfectamente, lo único que no me gustó fue el hecho de recoger las llaves en el buzón de entrada y el hecho de no disponer de persianas, que hacia que cuando amanecía, muy temprano, las habitaciones se llenaban de luz y era imposible seguir durmiendo. La terraza es fantástica para desayunar o comer en ella.

Estupenda estancia en Javea
El apartamento es precioso y muy cómodo, todo está muy nuevo y limpio. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para cocinar y buenos electrodomésticos. El pueblo blanco es encantador y tiene una piscina que hemos frecuentado mucho. Además la situación es perfecta, al lado de la playa y lugares de ocio y con supermercados a un paso, así como el puerto y el arenal.

Muy buena ubicación en El Montañar
El sitio está bastante bien. La comunicación con Tracey, la propietaria, ha sido en todo momento fluida. La ubicación es perfecta, en medio del Montañar, a escasos 200 metros de la playa y a mitad de camino entre el Puerto y el Arenal. La urbanización es muy bonita, con calles estrechas y casas blancas y dispone de una plaza de aparcamiento. El apartamento está muy bien decorado y lo encontramos totalmente limpio. Dispone de wifi, lo cual se agradece. La única pega es que el aire acondicionado se encuentra en el salón y no llega a las habitaciones, que solo tienen ventiladores en el techo. Durante nuestra estancia hemos pasado bastante calor pero también es cierto que han sido temperaturas extremas. Recomiendo poner aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Con eso el apartamento sería un apartamento 5 estrellas.
