Whether you are here to enjoy sun-drenched beach days, practice water sports, or explore Jávea's vibrant restaurants and cafés, this apartment is an ideal base for families, couples, or groups of friends.
Inside, the open-plan design is bright and welcoming, with a modern and elegant kitchen and a breakfast bar overlooking the dining room and living room, as well as a smart TV. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with a shower, while the double and twin rooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower. Ducted air conditioning for both cold and hot temperatures ensures a comfortable stay throughout the year.
Step out onto the covered balcony, where a comfortable sofa and a dining table create the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink. Super appartement op een mooie locatie op slechts 250 meter van het populairste stand van Javea. Goed ingericht en ook inventaris meer dan compleet. Verwarming via luchtverwarming, werkte fantastisch. Op slechts een paar honderd meter restaurantjes en winkels om te shoppen. Wij hebben dit appartement 5 weken gehuurd via Javea hollidays, een verhuurmakelaar in Javea. Ook hierover niets dan lof. Prima organisatie. Kan werkelijk niets bedenken. Het enige misschien is een 6 tal eierdopjes, maar dat is dan ook het enige.
