Villa al Vent (Jávea) is a charming Mediterranean villa, decorated with great style and spectacular panoramic sea views, a large pool area with incredible views, a small events area overlooking the sea, and a wonderful night-time lighting system so you can enjoy the magic of Mediterranean nights. Your pet is welcome (additional €55 for cleaning).

The villa has 2 floors connected by stairs.

On the main floor, there is a nice living room with large windows overlooking the sea and access to a terrace. The living room connects to a cozy and modern kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen elements necessary for a perfect stay. The kitchen also has a nice covered terrace that is perfect for breakfast and lunch. On this same floor there is a toilet.

On the lower floor, there is a large square living room with a fireplace and a large double sofa. On the same floor, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with a terrace and sea views. There are also 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. In the living room there is an office area to work if necessary.

The exterior of the house has an area of ​​1,209 m2. It has a very special pool, a very special area with sea views that is perfect for small and private celebrations. There is also a natural grass area that is perfect for quiet reading, yoga or just relaxing. .

¡Estancia muy agradable!

"Casa muy agradable con vistas excepcionales sobre Javea, el Montgo y el mar. El unico inconveniente es que la casa esta orientada hacia el norte y no hay ni un minuto donde haya sol. No habia posibilidad de sentarse en una tumbona al sol ya que solo habia terrazas muy pequeñas a la sombra. ¡Todo lo demás era perfecto!" Fantástica estancia de fin de semana en Al Vent en Javea!

"Éramos una familia de ocho de cuatro parejas adultas. Llegamos un viernes y salimos el lunes. La empresa administradora, Almarina Villas, fue muy flexible y complaciente con respecto a nuestra hora de llegada. Nos recibieron, nos dieron un recorrido completo por esta magnifica villa y nos dejaron disfrutar! Esta casa es espectacular, construida en tres niveles con increíbles vistas al mar sin importar dónde se encuentre, y más balcones para disfrutar de los que puede contar. Aunque estuvimos allí en diciembre, la piscina infinita estaba impecablemente limpia. La casa también está equipada con una barbacoa japonesa KOKKO que hizo algunas comidas excepcionales. La casa estaba muy limpia y todas las habitaciones muy cómodas. Honestamente, no podríamos haber pedido más... Tal vez 25 grados para que pudiéramos usar la piscina! Très chouette séjour!

Maison très agréable avec vue exceptionnelle sur Javea, le Montgo et la mer. Seul bémol, la maison est orientée plein nord et il n’y a pas une seule minute ou il y a du soleil. Aucune possibilité de se mettre sur un transat au soleil car que des toutes petites terrasses et à l’ombre. Pour le reste tout était parfait!!
