Villa Pera is a beautiful 2-bedroom rustic and Mediterranean style villa, perfect for enjoying all the comforts with the family. Located in the Monte Verde Villa Complex with a common area for children with swings and slides.
The villa is distributed on a single floor, accessed by a short flight of stairs and leading to a beautiful covered terrace. With American kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room.
The exterior has a private pool with Roman stairs to better access, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers to sunbathe and enjoy your stay.
With air conditioning and wifi.
It is located in the Tosalet area, close to large supermarkets and about 5 minutes by car from the well-known sandy beach El Arenal, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars.
Playa del Arenal, located in the center of the bay of Xàbia, is the main tourist center and, without a doubt, the best known and most frequented by bathers, due to its fine sand and shallow waters.
Xàbia even today preserves its peculiar medieval layout, a network of narrow streets dotted with white facades, arched portals, Gothic windows and wrought iron lattices, all topped off by the characteristic “rough stone” of the area.

Location, size and price was perfect for me. Parking was ideal. Well equipped with good WiFi connection. The garden / pool area got the sun all day right until sunset. I would say that the en-suite shower is really small and the shower head in the main bathroom could do with being changed. Loads of hot water tho.

#### Idílico para un buen descanso
Sitio tranquilo donde se puede descansar sin ruidos y con unas vistas maravillosas zonas verdes y muchos servicios cercanos No estaría mal una cama de matrimonio más grande y un colchón un poco más cómodo los de muelles quedan un poco anticuados y una pequeña observación de la ducha del baño pequeño es que no se puede usar por un adulto y es una pena, sobre todo para las personas que somos altos por lo demás todo estupendo

#### después de seis años vuelvo
me gusta todo la tranquilidad de la zona la casa es muy bonita los servicios de la misma son impecables y el personal muy atento podrían intentar que la zona donde aparcamos los coches no tuviera tanto bordillo y en los tiempos en los que estamos una cama de 1,50 en la habitación principal no estaría de más

La distribución de la casa y la piscina es ideal para ir a pasar unos días en pareja. Nosotros fuimos con un bebé y otra pareja y estuvimos muy cómodos. La piscina estupenda. Estaría bien poner mosquiteras en las ventanas. Las echamos en falta porque habían mosquitos y teníamos que cerrar y poner el aire acondicionado. Por el resto todo muy bien.

La piscina, el exterior de la casa, la terraza, las tumbonas, el salón, la cocina muy equipada.... Toda la casa el general La televisión, no se ve apenas ningún canal La limpieza de los baños, el retrete no estaba suficientemente limpio y en el lavabo habia algún pelo
