La Isla is a cozy apartment located just 600 meters from the Arenal beach, in Jávea.
With capacity for 2/3 people, it is a ground floor with a charming garden and direct access to the swimming pool of the urbanization. It has 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchen open to the living room.
The urbanization has an impressive island-shaped swimming pool and beautiful gardens. It is an ideal place for your vacation.
The Arenal beach is located in the center of the bay of Jávea, it is the main tourist center and, without a doubt, the best known beach for its fine sand and shallow turquoise waters. It stands out for its wide range of leisure and gastronomy that you will find along the entire beach promenade. Just 700 meters away we find the Tennis Club.
In addition, you can also enjoy the well-known coves El Portitxol, La Granadella and Cala Blanca, since they are only 7km away. The coastline of Jávea is a succession of coves, beaches, cliffs, islands, caves and capes.
Strolling through the historic center of the city, we go back in time when we find its peculiar medieval layout, a network of narrow streets with white facades, Gothic windows and wrought iron railings, all finished off by the characteristic "stone rough" of the area.

L emplacement de l appartement est a bonne distance de toutes les facilites, plage, supermarche, pharmacie et la piscine est belle et entretenue. C est un peu petit pour 3 personnes et il fait tres chaud sans clim et 1 seul ventilo. Par contre l urbanisation est tres bruyante, il y a un va et vient constant le jour et la nuit. Impossible de dormir. Pour le prix je ne recommande pas cet appartement.

Excelente apartamento en urbanización privada

Me gusta mucho la urbanización, la comodidad, limpieza y distribución del apartamento, amplitud de estancias, cocina perfectamente equipada... Jardín con acceso a piscina vigilada. Control del socorrista. Ubicación estupenda. Desde que no hay palmera el jardín es muy caluroso. La cisterna sigue goteando. Pondría mosquiteras en las ventanas o una ventana en la puerta de la habitación, como la nueva que hay en el salón, para que se puediera abrir tambien por arriba sin estar abierta entera. Y segunda cortina opaca para que no entre la luz en la habitación. Menos decoración de tiestos y flores artificiales, no es necesario recargarlo tanto... el apartamento ya es bonito de por sí. La entrada a las 16:00 y salida a las 10:00 me parecen descompensadas. Se debería poder entrar antes o salir más tarde.

Espacio bien aprovechado

Apartamento coqueto y bien aprovechado, el sofá cama es cómodo y estar a pie llano con la zona de piscina es muy cómodo con un bebé/niño de 2 años. Una lástima no disponer de la llave que da acceso a las zonas comunes sin pasar por el apartamento puesto que el regreso de la playa sería un poco más corto. Todo correcto.

The property is old and needs a complete update. The shower was disgusting ,it all needs ripping out and starting again, the washing machine is really old and needs to be changed, the outside terrace is in dire need of a refurb, there were no sun beds to relax on ,no sun umbrella . We would not return to this property.

La habitación no dispone de cama de matrimonio y no son cómodas. No tiene artículos de aseo. Salvo por eso es un apartamento muy agradable ideal para pasar unos días en la playa
