Réservé un massage des pieds de 30 minutes. Ai eu moins de 10 minutes de massage de pieds malgré mes remarques. Le reste du massage sur les jambes. Douloureux. Bleus le lendemain. The problems we encountered were: Unclean linen, when asked to change the linen, they left same linen and just made the bed again. There was no hot water at all, when asked staff to check they said there is only one room, The Presidential Suite, which has hot water, and we can take a shower there if we need a shower.
