Accommodating friendly staff
"We arrived late (after midnight) after a 700km journey. The receptionist was Hungarian speaking but learning English (in her own time) and so made an extra effort in communicating with us. She facilitated a hot drink in the foyer area for us, (despite the restaurant being closed) while we went through ..."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved the small intimate feel of the hotel itself. The outdoor spaces were nice and comfortable with different options to choose from. We had a great fresh breakfast every morning to start our day. We would definitely stay again."
