"Very spacious flat and terrace. The beds were reasonably comfortable. There kitchen area is very basic and there were no soap, washing up liquid, sponges, drying rack/tea towels. Shampoo and shower gel provided but no conditioner. Had to clean the flat in the end with vacuum and cleaning utensils provided by reception, which only works for a couple of hours in the morning and evening. This was checked very quickly and efficiently. "
"The apartment was not as the pictures described it on the website, very misleading. Kids bedroom with no windows and had black mold on the ceiling
There was also no window in the bathroom and extractor fan did not work, so also had black mold
Toilet sink had come away from wall, the shelf was propped up with bits of paper
The kitchen had kick boards missing, the fridge didn’t work properly and was generally old and tired looking
The second night (Sunday) there was a big party in the room next to reception and outside it in the parking area, screaming shouting and drinking outside our window until about 2 am when the ambulance arrived "

"Lovely chalet , plenty of space and enough beds for two families to share. Facilities are good. Definitely need a van and collect at supermarket 20 mins outside of resort. Only small Sherpa in Vaujany which is not walkable. "

Stayed 5 days, never seemed to be effort to fix 1st floor elevator button issue.
Breakdast used to be spread out more with more quanties of everything. Always just enough put out. 5 days, only just a few sausage links, always at bottom of milk pitcher, just very little put out."

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our arrival pleasant. However, breakfast was a major letdown. There was very little food available, and the staff seemed indifferent, offering poor service and showing little concern for guests.
