Perfect for Us
The hosts were so friendly, responsive and engaging. We like the rustic setting. The place was clean with nice plush towels, robes and linens. Way better than another place I stayed that labeled itself “luxury”. Even though it’s a nice country setting it was conveniently located to everything we needed to get to.

Nestled amidst the rolling hills of the North Georgia Mountains, Forever Young Sanctuary is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Here's why I fell in love with this serene haven: 🏡 Cozy Cabin Bliss: The Forever Young cabin, aptly named, enveloped me in warmth from the moment I stepped inside. Rustic wooden beams, a crackling fireplace, and snug furnishings set the scene. It felt like a secret refuge, far away from the hustle and bustle. 🌲 Nature's Embrace Imagine waking up to the gentle symphony of birdsong and rustling leaves. The sanctuary's 15 acres are home to an eclectic menagerie—Alpacas, Donkeys, and more. Each morning, I sipped my coffee on the porch, watching the sun paint the mountains in hues of gold. 🌈 Animal Encounters: Jimmy, Buffet, and Flip-Flop—the Huacaya Alpacas—greeted me with curious eyes. Their soft fleece and gentle demeanor melted my heart. First time to Jasper
Our cabin at Forever Young Sanctuary was perfect for our weekend visit. We enjoyed having a fire with the fire pit, wood and lighter all provided. The location on Burnt Mountain was so convenient between Jasper and the Gibbs Gardens at Ball Ground. We will return again!

Great stay in Jasper
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Cabin, my children enjoyed the animals too. The cabin has everything you can possibly need. The Host were very friendly, kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and it was very affordable. Jasper is a beautiful city, breathtaking views, We will defintely visit again, thank you.

Best VRBO ever!!!
Let me start with the space itself, it was the cleanest vrbo we have ever stayed in. Amazing beds and everything you will need! Wifi is great, had no problem working from there. Kids loved the themed room with fun surprises. The space is great, private and quiet, but even though the space is great, it isn't even close to being the best part of the rental. Kevin, Karen, Jimmy, Buffett, Flip Flop, Sweet Pea, Peanut, Cora, Puffins, Muffin, Bindi, Bailey, Ginger, and Mary Ann are the main reasons why this rental is so great. My daughter's loved the animals. We hung out with Kevin around the big fire pit for a couple hours. Both Karen and Kevin are so accommodating and genuinely some of the nicest people I ever met. We will definitely be back!!! Thank y'all again!

Amazing Location
Property was great. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Owners are amazing and friendly. Close to many things to do, and the welcome brownies were delicious. They even helped send a forgotten item home. Went above and beyond.

Wonderful Hosts and Property!
This cottage is so cute and comfortable. Where can one find a two bedroom, private cottage for such an affordable price? We only used the main bedroom where we found the bed to be so comfortable. We also enjoyed the large, sectional sofa for relaxing. There were three ceiling fans as well. There were little touches throughout like candles with matches, plastic wine and water glasses for the hot tub (not to mention hooded robes and towels), a dog bowl and toy in case you brought a pet, a fenced backyard with the fire pit already set up with wood and the supplies to start your fire, a fantastic gas grill, immediate hot water in the bathroom for your shower... I know I am forgetting something. We found their animals to be fun and loving as well. It was so fun to walk through their wooded path to the nearby winery. The best part of the stay were the hosts, Kevin and Karen. They were so sweet and wanted to make sure we were always happy and would do anything to make sure our stay was great. We absolutely hope to revist before long. Fantastic property and people!

We just got married and had so many friends in town we weren’t there as much as we liked but overall it was a great place! Loved it. We will stay again! A Slice of Quiet
If you are looking for a quiet getaway from it all, you have found the right place here. I can't speak enough about how great Forever Young is. The bed is beyond comfortable, you find brownies when you check in, there's a hot tub AND a vineyard next store. PLUS, Karen & Kevin are 2 of the sweetest people ever, very accommodating. Did I mention the views? Or wait the animals? Let's just say I'll be back ;)

Cozy guesthouse that's in the mountains and yet only minutes from downtown . Clean with everything you need in there already . Bonus is the cute alpacas , cats , donkeys and dogs . With a vineyard nearby all you need to do is to book this guesthouse :)

Great Stay!
This property overall was better than we imagined! Warm fresh baked brownies awaited us in the cabin on arrival. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. The beds in both rooms were VERY comfortable. The hosts were incredible and very helpful, informative, and were eager to introduce us to all of the sweet animals on the property. Did I mention that you can walk to the winery next door?! This property would make such a great romantic escape for couples. I was there with my teenage daughter and our dogs. All of us, including our pups, who absolutely loved the fenced in property, had such a great time! We will definitely be back sooner than later!

Kevin and Karen were extremely welcoming hosts. We were greeted with brownies and homemade dog treats for our pup. We loved the property and the animals! The cabin was clean and cozy. There is a slight lean to the cabin so just make sure you close the bathroom/bedroom doors all the way. I can't wait until my next stay here! Also, we were able to get door dash delivered here so that was a plus. We will definitely come back! It was perfect for a weekend mountain getaway

Do yourself a favor and stay at this adorable little house in the woods! So close to everything and next door to a great winery. The property was so clean, adorable and cozy inside and out. The hosts were fantastic, so friendly and I walked into my place being greeted with a smile from Karen and Kevin along with their friendly dogs! I also walked into fresh homemade brownies and adorable notes! 5 star stay all around and absolutely amazing stay!

Welcoming charming stay
The comfortable cottage and surrounding animals and beautiful nature were a place of rest and comfort for our brief stay. The hosts were especially welcoming , helpful, very responsive, available and kind., exceeding expectations! We had everything we needed and more if we had more time to enjoy It is a place I would stay again . The only negative is the the additional VRBO charges seemed high , although the nightly owner rate was incredibly reasonable .

Awesome Mountain getaway!
The whole family had a blast on our short stay at the forever young sanctuary! The owners were super nice. They were very helpful with information about the area. They introduced us to all the animals and we had a great time hanging out with them. The cabin was very cozy and comfy. It has great scenery on the property and plenty of sites nearby. There were plenty of things to explore nearby in the small towns and parks. We had a great time and hope to stay again sometime in the future!

Nestled in the mountains, this cabin was just big enough for four. It is close enough to Gibbs Gardens and Amicalola Falls for day trips. Burnt Mountain Overlook for a quick mountain view or Fainting Goat Vinyard next door for relaxing afternoon. Kroger, Walmart etc 15 min away. Grab supplies and enjoy the property with fire pits, grill, hot tub and serene atmosphere. Hosts are friendly, accommodating, and a real joy to visit with. You'll want to come back. Alpacas and donkeys are a plus and dogs are great with kids.

Welcoming and Cozy
I hope to stay here again when I return to the area. The owners are great and welcoming to me and my pets. I ended up with another family member staying and they were welcoming to him also. There’s a fenced area pets so they can go out without a leash. It ended up being colder than I expected so I didn’t get to explore the outdoors much this visit but that gives me more to look forward to the next visit!

Everything you could want in an outdoors vacation is within 30 minutes. Kev and Karen are amazing hosts and can give you great recommendations for hikes and things to do around the area. They’ll also make you feel right at home from the minute you get in :)

Kevin and Karen are amazing and gracious host. They went above and beyond my expectations. The animals on the property were just what I needed. That reminder to slow down breath and just take in the moment. The dogs are just the best doggo's they can be and are just as kind as their hoomans. The cabin was perfect for just me and my modular synth. I was able to get deep into sound design without interruption and focus on that much needed me time. There is a stove, microwave, sink and all the things to cook and eat with but most importantly a coffee maker! Got my mornings started off right. closest store was a gas station about 9 miles down the mountain in jasper but its and easy drive. The property is great to walk around and take pictures. They have a hot tub as well. But the Animals are what I came for and I look forward to coming back to here again.

FOREVER YOUNG, indeed
In a world gone slightly haywire, taking even the briefest getaway to Karen & Kevin's 15-acre FOREVER YOUNG SANCTUARY - w/ enough peaks and valleys surrounding it to open a giant amusement park - is the perfect tonic to escape reality . . . The inspirational pair goes out of their way to make you feel special: from the all-encompassing cabin (including a bunk bed where I stayed rather than the ‘adult’ bed), to all the conveniences of home (cable TV, fridge, microwave, games, books, dancing girls - well, maybe not - yadda yadda). And then there’s: -- the budding menagerie of animals: dogs, donkeys, alpacas . . . -- the partaking in K & K’s end-of-day hot tub ritual, though I declined to join them (I was content to just talk) as I didn’t want to embarrass them w/ my six-pack abs - cough cough. -- the fine wine and finger food and a blazing fire (no marshmallows; bummer!) in topping things off. The incredible area itself (its stunning backdrop not for the faint of heart, admittedly) is another story - and especially one to explore - though I wasn’t here long enough to fully do that. I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED MYSELF at the FOREVER YOUNG SANCTUARY - as did my dog - and returned to the world gone slightly haywire w/ memories to last a lifetime, including two new friends. Thank you Karen and Kevin, humanitarians both.
