Recent Reviews for Japan Airlines

Feb 29, 2020

.the seats were narrow, the legroom was cramped even for my 12 year old daughter. The plane was nice & clean with good in-flight entertainment & Wi-Fi. However, the Wi-Fi was not accessible on my 3 year old phone

Food was great with a real effort made at making the meals interesting and tasty. Legroom was generous for economy. Snacks were available at the rear of plane at all times. Best airline for Japan trips.

Two big meals and several small snacks with cold/hot drinks, very impressive!

The only minus was length of time trays were left after the meal.

Note this flight was a code-share with Finnair. Food could have been better - and larger in size. I was hungry most of the flight - will pack snacks and extra food next time I fly with Finnair.

The flight was full and originally it may not have been possible for us to sit together. The staff bent over backwards to ensure that our child would not sit alone. Our snowboard bag was free to check in which was a huge bonus!

We very much enjoyed our long-haul flight with JAL

Dec 4, 2019

JAL is the best airline. This is because it's a Japanese company, completely focused on their customers.

No free wi-fi and S/A planes are too small for reclining seats, they should be fixed to give more leg room

Can't believe there is no free wi-fi ! The A319 is too small to have reclining seats. I got my knees crushed when the passenger in front reclined his seat.
