It was overall great. But the WIFI connection was slow. Very kind people. Especially Fabiola.

I keep getting my review sent back to me for revising, and I can only guess it is because I am using certain "trigger" words. So, I will try a different approach and you will have to read between the lines. There were ashtrays everywhere. And people using them. If this does not bother you, then this is your place. I have to believe that this fact is not intended to be out there, as I never saw any mention of it in any previous reviews. Had I known, I certainly wouldn't have reserved here. The previous reviews did mention rude and unfriendly staff, which was clearly observed. But nowhere on the premises to exchange large bills for smaller ones in order to tip workers. So, this may have something to do with it.

We stayed in a family suite which was very nice and spacious. The kids had their own bedroom. The room was clean upon arrival but housekeeping only came once during our 4 night stay. I needed to request coffee and clean towels a couple times. It was nice to have a kitchen however there is no cooking essentials such as oil or salt and pepper. The location was good however we had to access the beach through another resort for an accessible path. The pool was out of service while there as well. We stayed here for accessibility and the use of the beach wheelchair they advertised. Come to find out to use the beach wheelchair is $16- no matter how long you want it, even just an hour. We got a day pass at Avila and they offered their beach wheelchair free of charge. Honestly, I would have preferred to stay at Alvia or Loins Dive.

I came with my family and my teens loved it. We had an amazing stay. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean. I would stay here again.

Me and my boyfriend had such a great experience here. The host was very nice and accommodating. The property was beautifulllllll!! We ate at Bida Island the first night of being there food was amazing but pricey. We walked to Mambo beach multiple times throughout the stay. The was a perfect location for us, I really enjoyed watching the different types of wildlife from the balcony ! We had food delivered also used the 24/7 taxi app most rides were $20. We also walked to the grocery store everyday we were there. Overall great stay would highly recommend.
