Our spacious townhouse, backing directly onto Torquay's RACV Resort & golf course, boasts a private access gate to the club, making that round of golf or a spa weekend effortlessly easy! Relax on the upper or lower deck and spread out with 2 large living areas. Featuring a large & light filled kitchen, dining & living that opens onto a large deck overlooking the resort. The space is perfectly set up for relaxing breaks & is only a short walk to Torquay's iconic surf beach, cafes & restaurants.
A two storey townhouse with living/kitchen/dining & king master all on the upper level. Also 2 decks on the upper level. On the lower level is another living space, bathroom and the other two bedrooms (twin singles and a queen). Plus a deck that open onto a backyard.
It has a really spacious feel to it and is cosy in the winter months with reverse cycle heating units to keep you warm.
There are two TV's, one in each living space.
All linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Located just off the Great Ocean Road this complex of townhouses has been designed to be super convenient for RACV access. It's proximity is a bonus, but it's also a short walk to Jan Juc beach and Torquay surf beach, plus a plethora of shops, great cafes & the Torquay pub (only a 10 minute walk). Guests also have access to a private garage making life a little easier.
There is parking in the garage for two cars - anything over is street parking
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out. No loud noise or loud music No schoolies, hens or bucks No young groups No parties
