Of the two days of stay, on the first day I had no running hot water in the taps. The staff could not solve the issue. The staff were extremely helpful and service was very good, the Buffet dinner was a good option as there was lots of choice and an opportunity to taste a variety of Indian food. Breakfast was excellent with a range of Indian and western options. The general manager introduced himself to us and also the executive chef asked if we had any special preferences. Checkin was very quick and efficient. Rooms and bathrooms were very neat and clean. Breakfast buffet was very good with Indian dishes and hotel staff frequently asking if we needed anything more. The only issue I had was with the wifi. I had to call the reception quite a few times and everytime I was asked to connect to a different network with different passwords. Some worked and some didn't. On the last day their server had an issue and they provided me with a wireless dongle that did not work because the password was wrong.
