65 km south-west of Jyväskylä, L.Toivasjärvi 30 m (length 5 km, width 300 m), dredged and sanded shore, deepens quickly, own boat.

Laminated log house 2009, downstairs two bedrooms, 2 beds in each, living room extra bed for 2. Kitchen area, sauna, washroom, hall, large porch on two sides of house. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, 2 beds in each, separate WC and lounge with extra double bed.

There is movable children's bed, high chair, some children toys, SAT-TV (Finland and Russia), dvd-/karaoke-equipment, Wi-Fi. Downstairs is suitable for disabled persons. Gentle slope from cottage to shore, on shore a jetty and platform for relaxation. Swimming shore deepens quickly. Not suitable for unskilled. An inflatable pool for small children. Bicycles and snowshoes can be rented from Jämsän Gasthaus, meals can also be ordered there for delivery to cottage. Jämsän Gasthaus also provides by separate payment laundry services.

Security deposit 250 euros / accommodation in connection with public holidays or larger events in the region. The deposit will be paid into the owner's account and will be refunded during the final inspection.

Himos ski resort and Himos Golf 25 km, Jämsänkoski town services 10 km. Only for families. Final cleaning is included in the price.
