8.6/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
Room was ok. No microwave available anywhere in hotel. Shower was not draining well. Ankle deep water. Told desk who seemed unconcerned. Problem never fixed. Otherwise ok. Casino was nice. Food at bar/grille was good.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,009 reviews)
I have stayed here many times. This was the first time the bathroom was not cleaned, there was shaven hair in the sink and it was dirty. There was only one towel, no washcloth, or bath mat. I told Michelle and she came and cleaned the bathroom, brought everything that was missing. Everything was ok. Wished they would do better for breakfast.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (596 reviews)
We only stayed for one night but the obvious difference between Holiday Inn and the other hotel we stayed at on the first night of our trip, were like night & day. The minute you walk in you smell a nice clean scent. Some may think it's a cleaning product, but I don't think so. It is also apparent in the room so might be diffused in somehow. Our room was spotless, the free breakfast was very welcome & I felt the room was very spacious and well laid out. I was very pleased with our stay & if we head back to that area again, I will book with HI Express.

8.4/10 Very good! (1,002 reviews)
"Room was clean, although it smelt like a very strong cologne, facility it's self was clean all besides the construction around what used to be the pool area. Do not recommend breakfast unless you like dry eggs, greasey hashbrown patties, burnt hotdogs, or waffles. Pretty center to town and close ..."
