I arrived at 1pm, hoping for early check-in and the room was not ready. I was told to come back at 3pm. When I came back at 3.30pm, the rooms are still not ready. The front desk are scrambling and took their time to find the rooms for us. - When we check in to the room, there is a strong foul smell from one of the room. The smell seems to come from the drain in the restroom. We called the front desk to get alleviated. The maintenance tried to come several times to try to resolve it but the smell does not goes away. - We stayed in 2 rooms with connecting doors and on both rooms the toilet cannot be flushed. We again called the maintenance several times and they tried to fix it several times. At the end, they seems to give up because they did not come on our last call. We ended up have to use the rest room in the common area. Service staff , especially at breakfast buffet were very attentive and professional , esp Mr Kori Gunawan and Jon, the GM. My only complaint is however , the choking issue in the bathroom. Bath area is often flooded after two showers n water will flood into toilet area.
