Tuvimos los dos primeros días excelente hospedaje y servicio. Fue tan así que decidimos quedarnos una noche más y fui donde cambio para mal. Llegamos el último día a las 5:30 de la tarde al hotel después de un día de playa y no había absolutamente nadie en el hotel. Habían guardado todas las mesas, sillas y servicios. Escribimos a número de contacto y no tuvimos ninguna respuesta, no había ni a quien pedir agua o toallas… El personal en general es atento a excepción de la chica de recepción que nos dio un trato muy malo. Una persona así, no debería estar en atención al cliente. Queríamos tomar contacto con un administrador o dueño para poner una queja formal.

Me encantó, pero en la noche se fue la luz y se dañó el aire acondicionado y no nos resolvieron eso, aunque regresó la luz el aire acondicionado no funcionó más

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien y limpio, la atención en general del personal fue muy buena. El único problema que tuvimos fue con la comida ya que mi pareja es vegetariana y no tienen platos elaborados vegetarianos en su menú y el personal de cocina tampoco fueron amables en buscar una opción su respuesta fue que coma ensalada. El último día pudimos probar la pizza que tengo que decir que estuvo muy mala, la masa cruda por dentro y dura y seca por fuera, en cuanto a los desayunos tenían una sola opción y eran muy cerrados en ayudarte con otra cosa. Creo que el lugar vale mucho la pena pero si debería mejorar la atención del restaurante.
