Dear Mr Jayanta Pal Thank you for staying with us and for the wonderful review about our property and services. Dooars located a few hours from Siliguri is a wonderful getaway for families. Our resort is expansive and guests can truly live with nature here. Within the resort, we offer many facilities like a swimming pool, spa, games room, kids play area etc. Even the surroundings are beautiful and guests can visit the forest area, go white water rafting, visit a tea garden etc. We are disappointed to hear about your feedback regarding our transport services. Kindly note that due to unpredictable traffic in the area, sometimes it is difficult to decide which route to take. In your case, there was traffic along multiple routes that day, and the driver took slightly longer than expected to drop you to the airport. We always advise our guests to leave a little early from the hotel to avoid such issues, which is not in our control. Kindly note that our prices are in line with the transportation costs in the area. Sorry for your experience at the airport. In recent times, due to security reasons, private vehicles are allowed to enter certain only designated areas at the airport. Hence the driver could not pick you up at your desired location. Nonetheless, we are humbled by your kind feedback regarding our hospitality and services. We would love to host you again, this time for a longer time. Thank you once again for your valuable support.
