"The location is great, right across the street from the park. Rooms a spacious with balconies. Staff are kind. Restaurant is what you expect in hotels, overpriced for bad food. Pool area is amazing. Trees all over. Unfortunately on our pool day, they had rented it out to a big kids pool party."

Needs Work
"Owner never sent us access instructions. We arrived at night, many light bulbs burned out, difficulty getting in. No hot water for two days, LP gas tank empty. Air conditioning not cold, remote doesn't work right, needs coolant recharge (Villahermosa is hot!). No carpets, bath mats, shower mats. ..."
