Jayakarta staff are great, helpful, polite etc. Restaurant is not fancy or large, but food is always good if you are fine with Asian style foods. Complimentary breakfast is excellent and varied choices. Some rooms need significant improvement, especially bathrooms which are small and sometimes not very clean. They will move you on request with no hassles. Well located, transportation not provided by hotel but readily available. Sometimes noisy guests are not handled quickly, but out of 4 stays, only one problem like that. Trotz der späten Check-In Zeit (9. pm) war das Zimmer nicht bereit und ausserdem kein Doppelbett mehr verfügbar. Die Betten waren sauber. Jedoch bot, aus meiner Sicht, das Hotel nicht den Komfort, welchen ich von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte.
