Late evening you can hear music from karaoke at higher floor which opens at 11 pm till 4 am and smell of cigarette come thru the ac. The restaurant greeter is only take the coupon then busy with mobile phone. No intention to show the seat or any greetings . Then waiters in the resto busy with their chit chat instead of clear up tables or serving guests . Third day my room was not cleaned ( left hotel at 11 am and back 11 pm) , Last day, no buffet breakfast as they have problem with kitchen which they called at 6:30 am informing us. The hotel cant take credit card nor debet card, insist to have cash deposit. Funny thing, when they return the deposit, they dont have smaller bill and said , we dont have any cash as we just put in the bank .. it is a pity .. building is ok but people need training of hospitality.
