Room is not in clean condition, have ant in the bed, tv table, bath room and causing my body redness and itchy. Aircon is not cool at all and have to request to shift room at 11pm.

No refund received!

The hotel facilities are relatively old. And I stayed at Swiss Belhotel Jakarta on September 10, 2023, checked out on September 11 and applied for a refund, but I have not received the refund yet.I was very angry, at that time, your front desk confirmed the email sent by Hotel.com agreeing to handle the refund and agreed to refund me the fees for the next five days within two weeks, but i still did not receive any information. I left my email address, card number, itinerary number on hotel.com and other information, but nobody answer my question on WhatsApp! Nobody deal the problem!

It was a nice staycation, the room is nice and very comfort to stay, clean and near busway. The breakfast has quite various type of foods like bread rice porridge and dimsum

Air conditioning

They should fix the air conditioning in the rooms. Even though they moved me to 3 different rooms, the air conditioning is all below par. I would prefer to use their thick blanket to its full usage. The spa on the 5th level is no longer free or charge, but if you're staying there, it's 50% off. Sauna and the baths look pretty nice. Fix the AC!

1. 網上訂的是行政房，進房後才發現櫃台人員搞錯成高級房，雖有立即更換為原本的房型，但感受已不好; 大夜班及早班櫃台人員的英文程度待加強。 2. 行政房內盥洗備品(刮鬍刀組、棉花棒組)僅有包裝，打開後是空的。

WORN DOWN HOTEL. Needs immediate renovation

The lobby and the entrance looks nice. But positive things end here. The path from the elevator to the rooms smelled like wet carpet with molds. The ceiling was worn down and damaged. Entering their suite room, centralized aircon was leaking and could not cool the whole room, bathroom was leaking, bed sheets, blanket and pillow looked old, worn, faded and torn. Simply the worst hotel I've had in years. I immediately transferred hotel the next day.

I traveled alone for business and this is only the 3rd hotel i have stayed in in Indonesia. The rest were all 4 stars as well Hotel as a whole is rather aged.. Although the gym is new the weight machines were both under service, the spa was undergoing renovations. Room was clean but aged. Saw some green mold in the toilet shower area which was cleaned up by housekeeping the next day. Bed was really comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was good Food choices for breakfast was quite limited although they were tasty. Overall still a satisfactory stay although a little under my expectations.
