At the morning the reception guy refused and send us with a friend of is in his particual car and overcharge us. Apart from that his friend then tryed to full us and charge us even more at the airport. The staff are rude and unhelpful. On top of that, the place is still under construction. The website states that breakfast is available, although when asked, the staff say 'not yet' and hand over a voucher for a restaurant outside the hotel. I heard multiple guests having the same issue. DO NOT STAY HERE! Er is geen openbaar vervoer en het hotel biedt geen gratis transport. Ik moest vroeg weg en kreeg een warm ontbijtje mee. Taxirit met bluebird was 75.000 rp. Vanaf het vliegveld wilde men 250.000rp voor de taxi. Omdat de chauffeur de weg niet wist, verdwaalden we bijna in kleine steegjes rondom het hotel.
