None of my 3 devices worked on the in-room WiFi. The duty manager offered to place a mobile WiFi dongle in my room, to which I replied, "Are you crazy??! I have paid good money to stay at this 5\* hotel; even 2-3 star hotels in developing countries have fully functioning strong WiFi signals in their bedrooms." They only offered to change my room upon my prompting, and even then they took such a long time to find me a bedroom that was in the same room-type as mine.
