The breakfast buffet did not feature sneeze guards and I witnessed people eating directly from the platters and then returning unfinished items to the platter. In our room: dirty and stained furniture, broken lamps, broken safe, and water leaking into the room during a rain storm!! The linens on the bed was dirty, for which i asked for immediate change. The air-conditioner in the sitting room was so noisy that I could not hear your own voice, the mechanics came and yet could not fix it. The wardrobe could not close tightly and with no light inside, i could not see my clothing hanged there without turning on the torch on my hand phone. Some lights could not be turned on and a promise to change to another room by the manager did not realize.
