I arrived at the hotel at 10am and the reception was very accommodating to my needs. I requested to have a non-smoking room because there was only smoking room available during my booking with Expedia. The front desk attempted to speak English even though I could speak a bit of Bahasa Indonesia. Well 3 nights was very good as it was close to my work place in Menara Jamsostek, where I could walk in 15 minutes. I need to highlight even though the hotel gave me water bottles everyday, they didn't replace my Nescafe coffee sachets. Maybe providing toiletries such as a shaver would be helpful. The highlight of my stay was the buffet breakfast. Excellent! to say the least. So for all those naysayers, just don't expect a full 3 star hotel with facilities.
