Water pressure not strong sometime none, can you believe it happen during shower? Although Wifi is provided, most of the time there is no internet. Breakfast is ok, combination of western and local food. I found a cockroach inside the room, followed by many of them. I reported the issuue to the front disk staff who just laughed. Because I was upset from the fact that one of the cockroaches passed by my eye when i was looking through the door nador, I asked for the duty manager. He apologized and promised to change the room. I returned to the room, packed my stuff, and waited 3 hours (no eating, no sleeping), but no response. At 11 pm, the housekeeping service asked my permission to clean the room and I dissmissed him.
