The room is well decorated. Staffs are helpful, I booked one more night in the midway of the trip and they just automatically extend my current room so I don't need to move around. Despite quite limited options for breakfast or dinner, the biggest no for me is that when I return to the room after whole day meetings, the room smells like an aged damp house. Well, one socket is definitely a problem too. Most of all, staff members were so friendly that a lone traveler felt at home in his first visit to the confusing city of Jakarta. Especially, Sofyan, Feski and Vira made me feel connected to them. Mere presence of at least one of them at the front desk was enough to guarantee a happy day. Sofyan even gave me a motorcycle ride to a place called Block M.
