The lobby and common areas smell of urine. The doors to the rooms are light which means it’s very noisy in the rooms until late night. The place is not clean, we had only boiling hot water in the shower and overall it’s just disgusting and overpriced. Close proximity to tourist destinations and railway station. Decent pool (small size) and menu options. Don't mind the approach road as you will get a good safe and nice hotel stay. There are only 3 negatives : 1\. Hot water was an issue, it was only hot for a couple of hours in the morning. 2\. Part of the hotel is not yet finished and there are some building debris. 3\. The price for this requires some bargaining, but they arrange the trip well. There is a roof top restaurant with a good view of the fort, food is quite okay and reasonably priced. Power failure seemed to occur sometimes and there is a generator back up. They got us a driver who was very helpful. Excellent location just 20 minutes stroll to Jaisalmer fort. Rooms were of a high standard, although no view due to the high wall keeping the desert out.
