There was mold and rust in the rooms. The sheets had a musty odor. Our party had to leave and we have not yet been reimbursed.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,221 reviews)
Second time staying at this location and loved it. Service and room were exceptional and I appreciated all the little touches - the green tea, the turn down service, welcome drink and hot towel. It was a luxurious experience.
