About this property

Vista Bahia 1A at Los Sueños

  • June & July Special - Free Golf Cart!

Vista Los Sueños is a quiet neighborhood of Mediterranean-style townhouses and villas within Los Sueños’Vista Bahia community. Courtyards, clay roof tiles, and water features characterize the eclectic influences of modern Spanish colonial revival. Sitting on a terraced hill overlooking the resort and Herradura Bay below, formal tropical gardens surround the community’s infinity pools, while all the amenities of resort living are nearby at Marina Village just below.

Bright and airy interiors expand the 2-story townhouse’s entry level and communal area, creating a luxurious light-filled space. Ceramic tile floors, subdued colors, and wall-to-wall French windows highlight the well-appointed tropical theme of this 3-bed, 3-bath unit. The living/dining area opens to a furnished, covered terrace that is the obvious place to meet for drinks at the end of a busy day. The master suite and an en suite second bedroom also open to private balconies, ensuring a good view (buena vista) for everyone.

Panoramic ocean views add to the atmosphere of casual al fresco living in paradise. Buena Vista is perfectly sized for a group of friends, or families, privacy and comfort surrounded by casual luxury in the tropics.
