Designed with families and couples in mind, our spacious apartment fuses modern elegance and hotel-style amenities to create an unforgettable Costa Rican retreat. Enjoy the proximity to the beach club, Marina Village's boutique shopping, and gourmet restaurants, or simply relax on the private terraces.

    Our spacious apartment boasts a modern design filled with natural light and offers the following amenities:

    The apartment includes a dedicated parking spot, and additional guest parking is readily available. Los Sueños is very walkable, but for greater convenience, we recommend renting a golf cart or car. We're happy to assist with golf cart rentals, ensuring it's ready for your arrival.

Absolutely stunning!!! A 7 minute walk in either direction to Main resort or beach and amazing sushi, gelato or steakhouse!!! And golf cart rentals are a plus to get to grocery store or anywhere else! Curtains keep sun out completely!!!!! Beds comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is very centrally located in Los Suenos, which made it so easy to access the Marriott, Beach Club, or Marina. Melissa was a wonderful and very responsive host! We would love to return!

This place was perfect for my family of four. Great location, right across from Beach club. Our host Melissa was wonderful she helped arrange tours for my family admins was available with any questions. The hot tub and pool right outside the condo was a great place for us to unwind, take in the Costa Rica scenery and sounds. We just loved it!
