Back yard with exotic landscaping, complete kitchen, laundry, and the entire neighborhood is oceanfront. 24/7 security with gates and friendly guards. Parking at the home. A short walk into town, but in the private and quiet part of Jaco beach. Lots of wildlife about, with parrots and iguanas in the property. Our house manager, Milena, will be your concierge for the stay. Need any local tips or assistance with booking - give Milena a call! Oceanfront gated community Direct beach access.
