3 luxury bedrooms each with large bed, full bath, and big windows. Oversize oceanfront balcony connects to living room complete with billiards table. Fully equipped open kitchen area with bar stools and counter top.



Secure parking downstairs.Convenient location on the north end of Jaco beach, easy walk or taxi to everywhere in town.



-Only registered guests will be allowed to access the property. Visitors may be allowed at night time only 10pm-5am.



-Max of 6 people total in the unit at all times. No parties.

We loved our stay in the penthouse. We are a group of 5 adults over 70. It was so nice to each have our own bathroom with great beds. And the views were amazing.

Our view from the balcony was amazing. The staff was wonderful. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the showers was very very low… and they couldn’t get it figured out before we left. Besides that everything was great.

Top of the World View but Needs Work..

GOOD: Location - edge of Jaco Beach. Main town just a stroll away with lots of shops restaurants bars etc. Beach was beautiful! Yes, it's rocky in some parts but for the most part it's the softest black sand! Size of condo - Loved it was two stories, rooms/bathrooms were spacious, deck was huge w/literal birds eye views (we saw daily flocks of pelicans, pair of toucans fly by) we sat out there for hours every single day! BAD: Condo was dirty when we arrived (counter tops, bathroom tubs, sheets, etc.) so we spent that first night cleaning and washing sheets. Lau had maid come the next day to do a thorough cleaning. Also, they need to do some repairs as it's showing it's age - broken tub/shower soap handles, worn closet fixtures, broken hot tub on deck, etc. And the shower/tub combo in the master and 3rd bedroom should be replaced as the tub is extremely hard to get in and out of due to how deep it is, it "gives" when you stand in the tub and glass doors don't seal so water gets literally everywhere we placed towels on floor. Concierge: Lau is very personable, but not very organized. She appears new to this manager/concierge role as we did not have a concierge book in the house so we literally had to have her tell us every little thing about the condo from how the tv works to where to put the trash. This should be in a concierge guest book. We should not have to WhatsApp the concierge. And sometimes Lau was slow to respond, again showcasing the need for a guest book.
