The locations approximately one block from Jaco Beach, short minute walk to loads or shops, restaurants, bars, park, cinema supermarket, as well as tourist places for waterfalls, ATV tours, horse riding, zip lining, butterfly farms, fishing, golfing and 10mins drive to “Los Suenos” Marina and Gold Course.

Guests can access the condominium Olympic size swimming pool with kids’ area, BBQ area, free parking, playground for children, green areas, and lush garden area.
