Make yourself at home in this peaceful and centrally located condo at the southern end of Jaco beach. Perfect for a family getaway or a romantic escape. Step right out your door and into the pool, or enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio before heading out for a beach walk. The ocean is just outside the gate, with beachfront restaurants and bars nearby where you can dine with a view of unforgettable sunsets.  
  
This cozy and comfortable unit is ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. It features two bedrooms:  
• A master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.  
• A second bedroom with two twin beds or they can be made into another comfortable king bed.  
A second bathroom with shower.  
Hair dryers in the bathrooms.  
Washer and dryer in the unit.  
Kitchen with all the necessary appliances.  
TV's in the living room and main bedroom.  
Free internet.  
AC and fans throughout the unit.  
  
Whether you're traveling with family or as a couple, you'll have everything you need to unwind and enjoy the best of Jaco.  
Guest access will have private access to your patio with a direct view of the pool. Guests are welcome to enjoy all the community pools, open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. The beach is just steps away—no car needed! Security is paramount with both the beach and street access monitored by friendly guards. There is a very rare private parking lot watched by the guards if a rental car is desired.
