The house was very clean and modern in an upscale, secure community. The arrival process was smooth and we had no issues during our stay. Brian did a great job communicating expectations beforehand and reaching out while we were there. Easy walk to the beach and Uber is always available. Group of 7\. Briana house was spotless! Probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need. The amenities on the property are beautiful. Definitely would stay again. The only thing that might make it better is if there was bicycles became the walk to Jaco was a bit far in the heat. Beautiful home with all the amenities and GREAT security. Clean, fully loaded (kitchen/cable/fast wife/washer dryer). Only 10 minutes to the beach and about a 20 minute walk into the center of town. There's a wonderful gym just 5 minutes away about $7 per-day, less if you book the whole week. Access to the main highways for excursions and exploring other areas of Costa Rica is fantastic. Owner was particularly helpful in listing for us great restaurants and excursions. My kids (11 and 13) had 2 hour spanish lessons in town and then 2 hour surf lessons at high tide. I couldn't recommend this more highly. It is a GREAT place to stay. The swimming pool is 50 steps from the house and it is really, really nice! ##### Andrew H.
