Felt like I was in one of Ft. Lauderdale condos. Elevator wasn't working so it was very tiring hauling our luggage to the 3rd floor. The check in person called a person to help, but that was after we unloaded most of our stuff. It would have been nice if she thought to call for an assistant when we arrived instead.
