The property accommodates up to 12 guests and features three bedrooms, a private swimming pool, rooftop lounge, game area with pool table, gas BBQ, fiber-optic internet, multiple living spaces, and free access to Playa Hermosa Beach.

The Space

Spread across three stories, this spacious home offers plenty of room for everyone to relax.

The main open-plan living area combines comfortable couches and armchairs with custom furniture and natural design elements. Large windows and sliding doors allow plenty of natural light into the home and connect the indoor living space with the tropical surroundings outside.

The living area also includes a large dining table and a dedicated workstation with reliable internet, making the property convenient for guests who need to work remotely during their stay.

Additional dining space is available at the breakfast bar between the kitchen and living area.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across three bedrooms and additional sleeping areas.

One bedroom with two small double beds

Additional sleeping space available in the living areas

Each bedroom has been designed to provide a peaceful and comfortable place to recharge after spending the day exploring the beach and surrounding area.

Bathrooms

The home includes three full bathrooms with walk-in showers, as well as an additional half bathroom.

The bathrooms feature clean, modern finishes and are conveniently located throughout the property for larger groups.

Second-Floor Game & Lounge Area

The second floor offers an additional entertainment and relaxation area overlooking a small interior garden with a fountain.

Maintenance personnel may occasionally access the property's storage or maintenance areas or perform routine pool maintenance during your stay.

Rooftop Lounge

One of the home's special features is its rooftop lounge.

Head upstairs in the evening to enjoy the tropical atmosphere, beautiful sunsets, and relaxing nights under the stars.

It is a wonderful place to unwind after a day of surfing, exploring, or spending time at the beach.

Playa Hermosa Beach Access

Guests have free access to Playa Hermosa Beach, located just a short walk from the property.

Playa Hermosa is famous for its surfing, natural beauty, black-sand shoreline, and impressive sunsets.

Spend your days surfing, walking along the beach, sunbathing, or simply relaxing beside the Pacific Ocean.

Two foldable beach chairs are available in the laundry room for guest use. Please return them to the house after each use.

Important Beach Club Notice

Under current Hermosa Palms policies, rental guests do not have access to the Hermosa Palms Beach Club.

Guests continue to have free access to Playa Hermosa Beach.

Tropical Environment

The home is located in a tropical coastal environment surrounded by nature.

Depending on the season and natural conditions, guests may encounter local birds, wildlife, and other animals throughout the surrounding area.

Insects are also a normal part of Costa Rica's tropical environment.

We recommend bringing:

Mosquito repellent
Sunscreen
Sandals
Water shoes

Regular pest-control treatments are performed to help maintain the property.

Fiber-Optic Internet & Entertainment

The home includes fiber-optic internet.

A TV with Chromecast is available in the main living area. Guests can connect their compatible devices to stream their preferred entertainment.

While internet service is generally reliable, temporary service interruptions may occasionally occur due to local provider issues.

Pet Friendly

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per stay.

Pets must remain on a leash when appropriate, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.

Only house-trained pets should stay inside the home.

Private Transportation & Tours

Private transportation and van tours may be available upon request.

Transportation from Juan Santamaría International Airport to Playa Hermosa may be arranged for:

$150 one way for up to 10 passengers.

The property is approximately 90 minutes from Juan Santamaría International Airport, depending on traffic.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the house, backyard, private swimming pool, rooftop and lounge areas, and gas BBQ area.

Entry to the home is provided through a secure door-lock system.

Security & Residential Access

Hermosa Palms is a private residential community with security.

Before arrival, we require the following information for all guests staying at the property:

Full name
ID or passport number
Vehicle license plate number, when applicable

This information is required by residential security and helps make entry into the community easier.

Maximum Occupancy

The home provides accommodations for up to 12 guests.

If an additional guest is approved, they must bring their own towels and sleeping arrangements. Any additional guest fee covers only the use of the property, swimming pool, electricity, water, and other general amenities.

Please contact us before bringing any guest beyond the reservation's registered occupancy.

Visitors

Visitors who are not included in the reservation may be subject to an additional fee of:

$25 per person, per day

All visitors are subject to approval and availability.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Subject to availability, the following options may be available for an additional $200 each:

Early check-in beginning at 8:00 AM
Late check-out between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM

One day before arrival, we may also be able to confirm a complimentary 2:00 PM check-in, depending on availability.

Please contact us in advance if you would like to request one of these options.

Additional Cleaning

Additional cleaning services may be available upon request:

$85 with cleaning supplies
$65 without cleaning supplies

House Rules & Important Information

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the private swimming pool or visiting the ocean.

Temporary interruptions to internet, electricity, or water service may occasionally occur in the area and can sometimes be outside of our control.

Construction, repairs, or maintenance may occasionally take place elsewhere within the surrounding residential community.

Maintenance personnel may access the storage area or perform routine maintenance around the property during your stay.

Because this is a private home, unexpected maintenance issues can occasionally occur. If you notice anything that requires attention, please contact us immediately so we can arrange assistance as quickly as possible.
