Worst possible experience

My group and I had the worst experience at this place. To start it off... Codominios REHL is actually Bahia Encantada Jaco. Same place, but Expedia's location/description is completely incorrect. Google maps, locals, nothing will help you find this place in a timely manner if you use the Condominios REHL name and Expedia's location. After looking for an hour, we were greeted by security as "Rabbit" and were told that we only had reserved ONE condo instead of the FOUR condos that were confirmed by EXPEDIA. We were told to wait in the "lobby" which really meant-sit by the pool so we can find someone to help you. After waiting for over an hour we ask the cleaning staff (one lady cleaning the whole complex) to help us. She said ohh yes! I can show you your rooms. (funny how security has no idea who's going to be living at the complex but the cleaning lady does) She took us throughout the uncleaned rooms as we saw, used condoms, recreational drugs, used tampons, dirty floor, bathrooms, and dishes. We were told to leave our stuff in one room, while she would clean all of them. As we were already late for our excursions we had no choice. After leaving the condos at 3pm, and arriving back at 11 PM, the rooms were still not clean. Once the cleaning staff had left (upgraded to two) we walked into the rooms to find that some lightbulbs were not working, and the AC in one of four rooms was non existent. When asked if they could be fixed? No reply- Security is easily Bribed-STAY AWAY!

MOMENTO INCOMODO

Nos fue bien, sin embargo tuvimos el inconveniente de llegar al lugar con la confirmacion de la reserva por parte de hoteles.com y al llegar nos llevamos la sorpresa de que condominios REHL tenía reservados todos los condominios.... Apesar de que hable con ellos por teléfono no hicieron nada por nosotros, al final de la noche logré hablar con la gente de hoteles.com y nos reubicaron allí mismo pero con la agencia Lost beach encargados de otros condominios... aparte de este inconveniente lo demás estuvo muy bien.... la gente de Lost beach tienen un EXCELENTE servicio
