I wish I could post photos to show ALL THE NEGATIVES OF THIS PLACE. We rented for 6 days, Apt/condo on 6th floor which elevator broke the 2nd day wasn't fix when we left (was told part coming from another country was going to a week or more to arrive). so for 5 DAYS YOU GO UP/DOWN 6 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! Sofa & chairs were badly stained, rug was dirty, oven was filthy & pan of food was left behind, both bathroom showers didn't drain well, bathtowels were OLD, bedsheets w bedspreads OLD in each room, ALL pillows were OLD & FLAT, dining table had lots of water damage stains, several lights had bulbs missing, no extra toilet paper, no papertowels, issues off/on with internet, 1 electric plug loose on wall. NO INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO OPERATE ANYTHING OR HANDY INSTRUCTIONS. Made contact with OWNER (lives in San Jose) several times to complain, she was going to refund 2 nights but NEVER DID--waited over 1 month for refund & NEVER GOT IT. The owner had no problem in getting reservation money but REFUND NEVER CAME.
I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING THIS PLACE, MOST ESPECIALLY IF THE ELEVATOR STOPS WORKING AGAIN PLUS THE PLACE NEEDS UPGRADES INSIDE WITH ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED. The gate guys were very friendly. Rented mid-Nov. 2019 We have stayed in several VRBO throughout several countries including USA & have NEVER run into these kinds of problems. Most especially with the Owner(s) of these places. The lack of responsibilities from this owner to its clients is UNACCEPTABLE!
