"Love this property for the views and location. The home is stocked with everything you need, and the host supplies a small care package with starter supplies which was very helpful. Love that it is pet friendly so we could bring along our pup. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with a private dock and friendly neighbors. Very short walk to the beach access and short drive to both Surf City and Sneads Ferry to get anything you need. Definitely will stay again in the future!"

"I have been staying here for years THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME!!! NEVER AGAIN! First off our bed had a broken leg so the left side was sitting on the floor while the right side was leaning up. OUR ICE BUCKET WAS FULL OF MOLDED PUKE!! Let me repeat that, the ice bucket was FULL OF MOLDED PUKE!!! When I was going to give my son a bath I found a chunk of USED SOAP stuck to the bottom of the tub!! Twice our room key stopped working. The staircase was an absolute mess from I’m assuming tenants living in the rooms right in front of it. They were constantly blocking the stairs smoking (more than cigarettes) at ALL hours of the day. They had their clothes hanging all over the stair railings and lighters and trash all over the stairs causing flys everywhere. While most of them were kind enough to allow us to use the stairs not all of them were so kind leaving us to walk to find another stair case to use."

"Place was clean, room was clean, bed comfy. Staff was wonderful. No breakfast, coffee only. There is a Dennys next building over. Kitchen was useful but only one person could sit and eat as there was only 1 chair. The other had to sit on the bed and eat. I had a room with 2 double beds for two people but the room had only 1 chair at the table. Would be nice if there were chairs to relax in as well."

"It’s was infested with roaches. The staff was very helpful understanding it was an entity that they cannot control and they were more than compliant with extending me a full refund even wanted to offer me another room but my thought process if they’re there they’re in other rooms as well. Thanks again to the staff. I just couldn’t stay there after that."

"Just got back yesterday from our stay at the Clarion Hotel, the hotel lobby is very beautiful, the marble floors are state-of-the-art, it appears that a lot of thought was put into the design of the lobby.The hotel staff was very friendly. When pulling up to the hotel, it was aesthetically very pleasing. The breakfast was great, it would have been nice to have an alternative meat since we don’t eat pork, but otherwise than that, it was wonderful plenty of choices of things to eat, from cereals, fruit yogurt, bagels, etc. There was plenty of upfront parking. We stayed two days in celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary. The room was very clean and fresh smelling. I gave four stars instead of five mainly because the bathroom shower walls was peeling and the toilet seat wobbled, also there was a missing ceiling tile in the dining area. I was told by the staff that someone was coming in this week to address the shower walls and maintenance. would take care of the wobbling toilet seat. Except for the aesthetics of the peeling shower walls we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms. It was perfect for our stay."
