The entryway and halls smelled bad. The mattress was a double on a queen frame. The air conditioner did not work properly. There was no one at the desk for checkout.

Went to check in and there was nobody at the front desk, just a sign saying to call a number, I called multiple times, each time straight to voicemail. I eventually gave up and had to get a room somewhere else.

It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. The card didn’t work at night to enter. Was waiting outside for more than two hours , no one picked up the phone which was posted. Finally one of the resident helped me and called the manager. She was nice

My search was for properties within about 9 miles from Mayo because I am very sick and am being seen at Mayo early in the morning. Due to illness, I’m on a budget of about $100 total for a nights stay. The ONLY thing this property should ever be associated with a search for a hospital is that you can contract Hepatitis by staying here!! LOL! But I’m serious, it’s GROSS!

The only staff we interacted with was the front desk staff and they were fine when we checked in, went back to get towels for our room, and the hour later when we checked out. Overall, the facility as a whole was dirty and in disrepair. Our room was not cleaned properly. The bed was made, but when we pulled back the sheets there was hair. The end table needed to be wiped down, there were rings, and it was wet under the remote control. Outlet covers were missing on a couple outlets. The bathroom only had the floor towel and used washcloths when we checked in. The tub was dirty or possibly just stained. The floors were dirty. I needed clean towels to wash my feet after I mistakenly took off my shoes and walked around. We could not stay there any longer and accepted that we would not get a refund. It was not worth it to try to have the staff resolve it for us as we were generally uncomfortable with the facility itself. There were people loitering about, loud music, and we could hear people running up and down the hallway upstairs. While waiting in the check in area the clientele walking in and out made it seem like an unsafe environment in conjunction with the multiple posted notices for human trafficking and late fees and charges. While we understand a hotel to a degree cannot turn people away, we could not stay there and spent our brief time there looking for alternative lodging.

I am over 70 years old and this was the worst place I have ever stayed at. 1. I book a queen bed, they put us in 3 different rooms, none has a queen, 2. First rooms dirty and 1 pillow, sheets were stained 3. 2 nd room the door was open, no sheet s or blanket on bed no towels 4. last room was full size but it was 11;30 PM and we were stuck. I killed 4 cockroaches. No soap or shampoo 5. The security exterior doors were broken so anyone could walk into the bldg 6. I guy who checked me in did it behind a solid metal security wall and open opened it an inch to the my ID and credit card 7. Smelly,dirty 8. and then they fought with me about a refund for the second night!!! I had to get Expedia involved to get thenm to drop the charge. As of today,I still havent received a refund!!!! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!

Do NOT, under an circumstances, stay at this hotel. I now know why the price was less than half of surrounding hotels. It was FILTHY, bugs crawling everywhere, linen and towels not clean. Just disgusting. The seat of my toilet was NOT attached to the toilet!! If you need to save money, sleep in your car or find a homeless shelter. It will be nicer.I stayed in nicer accommodations when I was deployed to Iraq!

To stay is the worst I’d rather pay a little bit more in half a little bit better service since there was no paper toilet the hallway was nasty. The room was nasty. It seems like the whole building is under construction plus homeless all over the place in the building is a shame that the site is presented as a awesome place but the reality is is not even near close to that. I hope they make it better and have a better management since there was a hall a homeless in the hallway.

The area felt unsafe . The walls were dirty and had blood stains . The bathroom door was broken and would not close. You could hear people screaming and yelling throughout the night . It was very unnerving staying here . I had major anxiety and could not sleep at all . Most definitely would not stay at this location again.

Disgusting
The hotel was absolutely disgusting and did not look like the pictures at at. Very dirty sink was broke. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes and was stains everywhere. The stove didn’t work. I couldn’t stay there at all and checked out the same day and hotel refused to give me my money back. Service was outrageous.

Unsafe, Dirty, Dangerous, Not monitored by hotel personnel. Telephone assistance does not work. The desk is not manned at hours stated. You may have to find another rrom in the middle of the night as I did. You may also, as I did, say that you were at least safe in the new hotel instead of the dangers of this dive.

This property has bathroom flooded; the room smells burnt. Then when we asked for a room change, because the toilet was flooded, they said didn’t have more rooms, then they said they didn’t have any person to fix the toilet. We asked for a cancelation, the front desk personnel said yes, they will return the money to my credit card. After I checked my credit card, they charged all. When I called the manager, she was nasty, unprofessional, and unfriendly. They do not return my money. Worst trash property ever. Don’t stay here. Hope the respectful manager reads this, that her hotel is the worst trash hotel ever, and her are a very disgusting human.

Disgusting Cockroach Hotel
Cockroach Hotel... Not the size beds we reserved... Inconsiderate Manager... Disgusting from A to Z. We've been in at least 25 different hotel stays in the past 10 months. This is by far the worst, and I don't expect a worse one than this ever in the future. When all was said and done, a cockroach was stuck to the back of my shirt when I got home...

We tried to contact the hotel at 4:30pm by calling to let them know we wouldn’t be there on time for check in and needed to get instructions so we could still check in once we arrived. Nobody would answer the phone so therefore we never got to check in and had to stay at another hotel. We stopped by the hotel around 10:00pm just to see if someone might be there and there wasn’t. I’m just very upset nobody would answer the phone during business hours therefore causing me not to get to stay at this hotel and it still charged me.
