Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals 1-2 hours: $100 2-3 hours: $200 Note: Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance. Refund Policy A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Location was good; we took Ubers and walked to the restaurant/bar areas. We enjoyed the games in the garage. Wish we could have stayed longer and spent more time at the beach which is just 3 blocks away. The owner provides beach chairs, bikes, a cooler, boogie boards and toys for the beach. A few short blocks walk to the beach and very close to so many restaurants and places to go. The rental was extremely clean and provided so many amenities that we didn’t even expect. The master suite is awesome and has an enormous walk-in double-shower. Perfect for our family of 6!
