Located just 6 blocks from the ocean, it's the perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and make lasting memories. Inside you will find bright, open spaces designed for easy living. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals or take out nights, while each bedroom offers cozy touches to help you rest well. The primary suite features an ensuite bath and king bed, and every room comes with a Smart TV for ultimate convenience. Step outside to your own private backyard oasis. Lounge in the heated pool with water ledge, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy friendly competitions with the outdoor ping pong table and cornhole set. With plenty of seating and an inviting outdoor lounge area, this space was made for relaxation and connection. Prime Location: 1/2 mile to the Beach – Quick and easy access to the sand & surf 10 Mins to Mayo Clinic – Great for medical stays 15 Mins to Sawgrass PGA Golf Course – A golfer’s dream Dog friendly: We warmly welcome four-legged canine friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone. Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats. POOL HEATERS: Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding. The heated pool was so nice especially since the weather wasn’t very warm. Plenty of seating outside. The inside is very clean and organized. Kitchen was fully stocked and cabinets were labeled. Heated pool was a major plus. The house was well organized and instructions were simple. We had to unexpectedly extend our trip and the host was amazing at helping us with that. This place was close to everything just as mentioned. Had coffee pods, towels (inc. beach), beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, 6 blocks from the beach (13-15 min walk) - a little longer (2 blocks) to use the cross walk. Walking distance to the main shopping district. 5 min drive to Publix and ABC liquors. Beds were comfy. Ample pillows. Outdoor area was prefect for our family of 5 (10-18 yrs old). We loved our stay. We booked this house for our family to be together and close to the hospital. The house was perfect. Close to the hospital, walk to the beach, dog friendly, clean, and well equipped. The house was beautifully updated and perfect for two couples + our babies. We enjoyed the outside area, it had nice landscaping and a gorgeous pool with surrounding area. It was a few blocks to beach but we just did a sunset walk. Might be a lot to do with all the beach gear if you were planning a full beach day. This place had everything we needed. Towels for the pool, everything needed for a beach day, bed space for everyone, even a cooler. The pool was absolutely amazing. The outdoor space was perfect and where we hung out the most. If I had to say a thorn to all the roses it might be the stiff sliding door. That's it, The rest was wonderful.
