THE SPACE

Seaview Escape is a top floor condo at Sand Dollar Villas in Fernandina Beach, with ocean views, a private balcony, and direct beach access. An elevator serves the building, and the community pool and sun deck are on the grounds, so beach days and pool days are both steps from the door.

TOP FLOOR OCEAN VIEW

The condo is on the third, top floor, with ocean views and elevated views from the private balcony. The top floor brings added privacy and a quieter stay.

DIRECT BEACH ACCESS

Direct beach access puts the sand steps from the condo. Spend the morning on the beach, return for lunch, and head back out when you like.

COMMUNITY POOL AND SUN DECK

The community swimming pool and sun deck are on the grounds for days you want a break from the surf.

PRIVATE BALCONY

The private balcony is the place for morning coffee in the sea air or an evening glass of wine. You can also dine outdoors at the table when the weather is right.

LIVING ROOM

The open concept living area has comfortable seating and flows into the dining space. A TV with cable is in the living room and the primary bedroom, WiFi is included, and air conditioning and heating keep the condo comfortable all year.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and a dual coffee maker that brews drip coffee or K Cup pods. Cookware, dishes, utensils, and cooking basics are provided, and the dining table sits right next to the living area.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

One bedroom has a king bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides extra sleeping space. There are two full bathrooms, and the primary suite has a private ensuite bathroom.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS

A washer and dryer are in the condo, so you can pack light. An iron, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, and essentials are provided. A starter supply for approximately the first 24 hours includes toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dishwashing pods, dish soap, body soap, shampoo, and coffee for one full pot. A Pack n Play is available on request for $25.

EASY ARRIVAL

The building has an elevator and stair access, and the condo has a private entrance. Parking is covered and open, with a maximum of 2 vehicles and a parking permit required.

EXPLORE AMELIA ISLAND

Seaview Escape is minutes from historic downtown Fernandina Beach, with boutique shopping, art galleries, and waterfront restaurants. Golf courses, fishing charters, state parks, and walking trails are nearby too.

GOOD TO KNOW

Check in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This is a third floor condo with elevator access, a private entrance, and parking for up to 2 vehicles with a permit. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
