Jacksonville Beach is a coastal resort city in Duval County, Florida, United States. It was incorporated on May 22, 1907, as Pablo Beach, and would later change its name to Jacksonville Beach in 1925. You will have full access to the house. The sleeping accommodations are equally impressive. Four well-appointed bedrooms provide ample space for your group, ensuring everyone has a comfortable and private retreat. Step outside to your private fenced yard, where you can relish in the gentle ocean breeze and bask in the Florida sun. It's the perfect spot for grilling, outdoor dining, or simply lounging with a good book. Sleeps 8\. Full kitchen (fridge w/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker), towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is included with a flat-screen TV. This is the definition of beach living. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. ●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed. ●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains. ●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. ●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. ●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Plenty of room for our family! We came down to visit our son that is in the Navy before his deployment. So much to do in the area within driving distance! Big Talbot Island State Park was a little longer but worth it! We enjoyed being able to come back to a clean roomy home to kick back and relax and plenty of cookware to make dinner together which is what we have always enjoyed doing together! This home was perfect for our needs and we had a lovely time even with Hurricane Debby. The home is welcoming and well decorated in a beach theme without feeling cluttered, which is important with a curious toddler on the move. The last day the rains had let up enough that we were able to enjoy a sunrise walk on the beach which was only minutes away by car. The home is located on a busy road, but once inside we didn’t hear any traffic noise. The open floor plan of the downstairs living area and kitchen are wonderful for meal preparation and spending time together. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in garden and we were relaxed knowing they wouldn’t be escaping. Andrew and Melody were great hosts, emailing us to check in and promptly answering any questions we had throughout the stay. We would definitely stay there again. ##### Amanda C. The home is roomy and no problem accommodating a family. The house was nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. There are no black out shades on the bedrooms which makes it difficult to sleep.
